Senior Key Client Tenancy Operations Lead

Campions is seeking a Key Clients Tenancy Operations Lead to manage operational delivery for a portfolio of key clients. You will guide complex tenancy transactions, ensure compliance, and maintain strong client relationships across branches and internal teams.

The role requires SME experience in lettings, deep knowledge of tenancy legislation, and a proactive approach to process improvements and training. Hybrid working supported with stakeholder collaboration across departments.
