Overview
In this field-based role, you will maintain and service Renal lab equipment to support life-sustaining dialysis in healthcare settings. You’ll work on-site with a cross-functional team to ensure system reliability, offer technical and commercial support, and contribute to continuous product improvement. The role combines hands-on maintenance with client-facing responsibilities, within Veolia’s environmental and healthcare portfolio. Responsibilities
- On-site preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning and upgrades
- Provide after-sales technical and commercial support to clients
- Strengthen client relationships and advise on system reliability and productivity
- Troubleshoot faults to keep equipment running smoothly
- Participate in an on-call rota to support clients as needed
Key requirements
- Experience as a Service Engineer in Healthcare/Scientific market
- Driving licence (full UK)
- NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or pursuing it (ideal but not essential)
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects

- Knowledge of water treatment or wastewater plants (desirable)
