We’re excited to be working with one of the North’s most exciting and established integrated agencies as they continue to grow their Digital PR offering, and so looking for an ambitious Digital PR Executive to join a highly regarded team in Leeds.
The Digital PR Executive is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves finding a story, understands what makes journalists take notice and wants to build their career within a creative, fast-moving agency environment.
You’ll join a growing digital team, working with a mix of well-known and ambitious brands both globally and nationally to create PR activity that earns attention, strengthens online visibility and delivers measurable results.
What you’ll be doing
No two clients or campaigns will be the same. You’ll get involved in everything from spotting topical opportunities and researching new angles to creating stories and getting them in front of the right people.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Research news, trends and opportunities for clients
- Come up with ideas for PR stories and campaigns
- Write press releases, pitches and supporting content
- Build relationships with journalists and media contacts
- Carry out targeted media outreach
- Secure relevant online coverage for clients
- Work alongside PR, SEO, content and digital specialists
- Track results and learn what makes a campaign perform
Who we’re looking for
Previous experience in digital PR, traditional PR, journalism, content or media outreach would be advantagous, along with being a great writer, naturally curious and a confident communicator. You’ll enjoy generating ideas, have an eye for what could make a good story and be motivated by seeing your work land.
You’ll also need to be organised, proactive and happy working both independently and as part of a wider team.
