Site Manager — Restoration & Cladding Projects Lead

A S Ramsay Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects in London and the Southeast. The role involves managing site liabilities under JCT MW 2016 or Intermediate contracts, coordinating with contracts managers, and mentoring the production team on site.

You will upload records to LetsBuild/Boris, plan weekly labour and material needs, and ensure adherence to specifications while maintaining budget and safety standards.
