Hybrid Customer Servicing Solutions Architect

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Servicing Solution Architect to help shape and assure the technical direction for Nationwide’s Customer Servicing systems as part of the Customer Servicing Architecture team.

You’ll work on strategic programmes to modernise and secure the customer servicing stack, with a hybrid approach across the UK estate. Two days per week at Swindon or London, or 40% time if part‑time, with further details provided by the hiring manager.
