Community-Driven Customer Service Assistant

Lincolnshire Co-op’s Food Stores are at the heart of communities across Lincolnshire. We are looking for a Customer Services Assistant who will bring a friendly, can-do approach to everyday shopping experiences. You’ll greet customers, assist with queries, and help keep the store inviting and well-presented.

You don’t need prior retail experience; your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are what matter. Training and support are provided.
