Overview
In this role you own the German acquisition and activation funnel for iwoca, from first click to loan application. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, data science and engineering in a cross-functional squad to define hypotheses, build and test experiments, and iterate the signup journey. You drive funnel optimization, scoring, and attribution, shaping how the German market engages with iwoca. The position blends product leadership with data-driven experimentation in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the funnel from first visit to application, including signup flow and eligibility checks
- Set the roadmap for acquisition and signup journey; decide squad priorities
- Own scoring and segmentation to guide marketing spend and sales outreach
- Collaborate with the data scientist and engineers to build lead scoring, eligibility checkers, and signup flows
- Improve website content and decisioning logic to increase conversion
- Reduce signup friction to speed funding applications
- Act as the technical partner for attribution, tracking, and data pipelines; resolve data quality issues
- Design, run and interpret A/B tests across messaging, targeting, eligibility checks and signup flows
- Direct the squad’s day-to-day work; define team roles, rituals, and priorities; translate commercial goals into testable briefs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing and sales aligned to shared goals and metrics
Key requirements
- Experience as a product manager, growth product manager, or similar role with product-led growth outcomes
- Strong analytical capability and experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution setups (Amplitude, GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, or conversion feedback into ad platforms)
- Ability to act as product voice on modelling work and translate model outputs into decisions
- Strong capability using AI tools with structured prompting and iterative problem solving
- Bonus: fintech, lending, B2B SaaS, or regulated products experience
