Overview
In this role you will own and execute marketing programs for the EMEA region to drive measurable pipeline. You will translate global strategy into local programs, lead the regional ABM program, and partner with Sales to align on priorities. You’ll manage events, content, and customer marketing while tracking ROI and reporting to regional leadership. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position in a fast-moving, US-headquartered SaaS company with travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline & demand generation by localizing global campaigns for measurable impact
- Execute and optimize the regional ABM program including account selection, messaging localization, agency coordination, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align activities with pipeline priorities and territory plans
- Manage post-event lead conversion in partnership with Sales Ops
- Oversee the events calendar, logistics, vendor relationships, and ROI measurement per program
- Represent Alation at key industry events across the region and travel as required
- Support customer marketing for expansion accounts in EMEA and identify advocacy opportunities
- Localise global messaging/content for audiences, verticals, and buying personas and ensure alignment with campaigns
- Feed regional market intelligence back to the global PMM team
- Manage the regional marketing budget with ROI accountability and maintain reporting cadence with Sales & Marketing leadership
Key requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years in a regional or field marketing role covering EMEA
- Proven track record driving pipeline growth with enterprise Sales
- Hands-on ABM experience — strategy, execution, and measurement
- Experience managing agencies and event vendors across multiple markets
- Strong commercial instincts — pipeline and revenue focus
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, matrixed US-headquartered SaaS company
- Ability to travel
- Overlap of working hours with California HQ
- Proficiency in Claude AI and use of Project and Cowork in daily work
