In this role you will lead drafting and negotiation of trading/derivatives documentation for buy-side clients within a top-tier derivatives practice. You will advise on regulatory and compliance challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. You’ll mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development, supporting multi-jurisdictional, high-value transactions. Key requirements

  • 4+ years’ PQE
