Global Product Manager – PSG MDP Revenue Credit Teaming

Overview

In this role you will drive product enhancements for the MDP compensation platform within PSG, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. You’ll lead discovery sessions, refine backlogs, and ensure quality deliverables while advocating for end users. You’ll balance constraints with value, leverage data to guide decisions, and help modernize the application toward cloud-based capabilities. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to shape how MDPs are evaluated and compensated.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements, lead discovery with senior stakeholders, and translate them into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers and QA to shape product enhancements and ensure delivery of high‑quality outputs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of user stories, workflows, and product changes
• Draft and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with end users and capture feedback for iterations
• Triage escalated issues, coordinate with the development team to implement fixes
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and prioritize the product backlog
• Develop and test functional capabilities, supporting cloud-based modernization efforts
• Lead stakeholder meetings and balance trade-offs between resource constraints and user value

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and/or product management in Agile environments
• Strong Excel and SQL proficiency; ability to write queries and interpret data relationships
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops and guiding partners through trade-offs
• Proven collaboration with developers and QA to deliver product enhancements
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira Software)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; majors in business, technology, finance, information systems encouraged
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and effective communication
