Overview
In this role you will help build AI-powered solutions at BCG X, spanning the full analytics value chain from framing to deployment. You will partner with clients across regions and industries to design scalable algorithms and enable AI adoption. The role includes contributing to thought leadership and leading conferences, shaping innovative offerings for climate-related and other AI initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts client outcomes and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Frame new business challenges and design innovative algorithms
- Develop, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions
- Optimize computational efficiency of algorithms and software
- Guide non-technical teams on robust software development practices
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver features for product releases
- Contribute to thought leadership and lead conferences for BCG X
Key requirements
- Strong software development discipline and SDLC experience
- Experience guiding non-technical teams on best practices
- Proficiency in Python
- Ability to work across diverse industries and topics

- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, with final grades available
