Responsibilities

• Manage a busy, varied caseload across commercial and civil disputes
• Handle company, partnership, shareholder, and director disputes
• Represent professional negligence, landlord and tenant, franchise and contractual disputes
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
• Support the team with litigation strategy and case management
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues on contentious matters

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with litigation experience
