Psychology Graduate – Behaviour Support Assistant

Have you recently graduated with a Psychology degree and want to gain valuable hands‑on experience working with children and young people?

We are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as Behaviour Intervention / Behaviour Support Assistants within specialist educational settings in Billinge, Wigan.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting young people with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs
• Helping pupils develop emotional regulation and positive coping strategies
• Supporting positive behaviour interventions
• Building meaningful relationships with young people
• Helping pupils engage with education and develop confidence
• Working alongside teachers, SEN teams and pastoral staff
• Gaining valuable experience relevant to careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health and SEND
