Senior Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Schools)

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior mental health practitioner to develop and lead school-based mental health and wellbeing initiatives, with a focus on whole-school approaches and think-family concepts in the schools environment.

You will carry out in-depth mental health assessments including risk assessments, act as the link worker between the Reflexions team and educational settings, and provide support to families and professionals.
