FMCG HR Advisor – Site-Based & Hybrid

Princes Long Sutton are recruiting a HR Advisor to join their established HR team. This role supports site leadership and HR teams to deliver site and people strategies, advising managers and staff on day-to-day HR matters.

We seek an experienced HR generalist (3-5 years) with FMCG background and CIPD qualification (or equivalent). The position offers hybrid working with a home day once a week, together with a 25-day holiday entitlement and a strong pension.
