The Megaro Hotel’s Hokus Pokus in Kings Cross is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for late-evening service. You will cook fresh pan-Asian bar snacks to pair with cocktails, manage your own section, and help drive high standards with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates are independent, highly organized, with strong time management, reliability, and a professional approach. You will contribute to developing the Hokus Pokus concept and maintain hygiene and safety at all times.
