Overview
In this role you will combine clinical MRI expertise with commercial acumen to drive the GEHC MRI portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will translate customer priorities into differentiated MRI solutions, manage the product sales cycle from discovery to order, and coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery. You’ll engage radiologists, radiographers, procurement, and executives to build compelling value propositions and support product launches and sales enablement. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers across the UK
- Translate customers’ clinical, operational, financial, and strategic priorities into MRI value propositions
- Engage with radiologists, radiographers, physicists, service leaders, procurement, estates, and executives
- Maintain knowledge of the UK MRI market, procurement environment, competitors, and technology trends including AI
- Identify, qualify and prioritize MRI opportunities with account managers to grow a robust pipeline
- Lead the MRI product sales cycle: discovery, presentations, demonstrations, design, quoting, and tender responses
- Develop commercial and clinical win strategies for priority opportunities with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver high-quality proposals meeting customer requirements and governance
- Handover to delivery, project and applications teams after order closure
- Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and activity data in CRM and systems
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the MRI portfolio, options, clinical applications, workflows and service propositions
- Present complex information to clinical, technical, commercial, and executive audiences
- Support product launches, events, congresses, and sales enablement
Key requirements
- Professional qualification or degree in diagnostic radiography, medical imaging, biomedical engineering, medical physics, life sciences or related healthcare or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of MRI technology
- Strong understanding of cross-sectional imaging pathways and clinical workflows
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong presentation, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders with disciplined follow-through
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
