Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE

Overview

In this role you will join a growing Corporate team in Bath to support the launch of a new office. You will handle a varied, high-quality caseload and collaborate across locations to shape the region’s corporate presence. You will deliver commercially focused advice to diverse clients while building strong relationships and contributing to business development. Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Lead and support on transactions depending on experience
• Provide commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
• Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
• Maintain excellent client care and strong organisational practices

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
• Proactive, adaptable and highly organised
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
