Overview
In this role you will join a national law firm’s corporate finance practice in Cheltenham, handling high-value transactions for a mix of clients. You will work alongside Partners to advise on M&A, private equity, restructures and related corporate matters, driving deals from instruction to completion. You’ll build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team in a collaborative, development-focused environment. Responsibilities
- manage transactions from instruction through completion
- advise on M&A, management buyouts, private equity, joint ventures and restructures
- provide general corporate advisory support
- build and maintain client relationships
- support team growth and contribute to market reputation
- work with Partners and senior lawyers on high-value deals
- develop personal profile through quality work and client engagement
Key requirements
- 2-6 years’ PQE in corporate solicitors (or equivalent experience considered)
- strong technical skills and commercial awareness
