Responsibilities
- lead and grow the corporate practice in Oxfordshire
- advise on high-value M&A, private equity and fundraising transactions
- handle private and public exits; corporate governance and strategic advisory
- manage and develop relationships with startups, corporates, founders, investors and VC funds
- contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration within the firm

- 8+ PQE
