Overview
As Credit Risk Product Manager, you own ENSEK’s end-to-end credit risk strategy across the full customer lifecycle, spanning acquisition, onboarding, in-life risk, collections and debt recovery. You’ll shape capabilities for B2C, B2B and I&C markets, balancing regulatory fit with commercial outcomes and customer experience. This autonomous role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and building AI-enabled risk solutions to reduce bad debt at scale.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the credit risk product strategy, vision and roadmap across the customer lifecycle
- Prioritize initiatives for acquisition, in-life risk management and collections
- Translate FCA, Ofgem, ICO requirements into actionable deliverables
- Partner with engineering to scope, size and deliver scalable, data-driven capabilities
- Use data to define KPIs, dashboards and performance frameworks for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address real-world credit and collections challenges
Key requirements
- Proven Product Manager experience in SaaS, fintech, credit or utilities
- Track record delivering end-to-end credit risk or financial decisioning products
- Strong knowledge of credit lifecycle processes (acquisition, in-life management, collections)
- Understanding of collections risk tools and scorecards (debt scoring, propensity-to-pay, segmentation)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, Ofgem, CRA data, GDPR)
- Data-driven with metrics, dashboards and experimentation
- Interest or experience in AI-driven credit decisioning and predictive analytics
- Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders
