Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of rural property and agricultural matters
- Advise estates, farmers, institutional landowners and rural businesses
- Work across agricultural tenancies and estate management
- Handle rural land sales, acquisitions and development
- Involvement in renewable energy and diversification projects
- Lead or support on strategic land transactions (options, promotion agreements, overage)
- Assist on complex transactions with senior lawyers
- Supervise junior team members
- Engage in business development and sector networking
