Rail Site Manager & Field Project Lead

Matchtech is seeking a dynamic Site Manager/Agent for a long-term rail sector contract. The role blends office-based planning with hands-on site works, covering UTX, URX, troughing, REB’s and drainage tasks.

You will progress from labourer/groundworker to supervisory roles, read engineering drawings, supervise staff, liaise with clients, and ensure safety and productivity across locations as projects require.
