Associate or Senior Associate – Real Estate – Bristol – Hybrid

In this role you will join a national Real Estate team in Bristol, advising hospitality and leisure operators on a broad range of property matters. You’ll handle strategic acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities

• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for hospitality and leisure operators
• Supporting development agreements, pre-let arrangements and portfolio re-gears
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, licences, easements, variations and ancillary agreements
• Assisting with estate management and property-related operational matters
• Building and developing client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in real estate
