Executive Director, Cross-Council Assurance

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Director of Assurance to lead a shared service across RBKC, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham. This senior role covers internal audit, fraud, risk, insurance, procurement and cyber assurance, reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Assurance.

You will lead Heads of Service, provide strategic direction, and balance independence with credibility across three councils in a complex, high-profile environment.
