Senior Consultant/Manager, Incentives & Reward

Overview

In this role you join Deloitte’s Incentives team within the Rewards practice to advise on the design, implementation and operation of equity and cash incentive plans. You will support clients in UK and global contexts, navigating tax, legal and regulatory implications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional client teams to develop tax-efficient incentive strategies and deliver practical updates and guidance. Responsibilities

• Advise on structure and design of equity and cash incentive plans
• Support implementation and operation of incentive plans UK and globally
• Assess tax and legal implications of incentives worldwide for employers and employees
• Develop strategies for tax-compliant delivery of incentives
• Prepare technical updates on changes in tax and legal treatment of incentives
• Provide ad hoc practical client advice and attend client meetings
• Draft share plan and related employee communications (plans, FAQs, tax guides)
• Support proposals and business development (slides, bid responses, client relationships)

Key requirements

• ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA, Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalents)
• Experience of share incentives in professional services (or time in industry)
• Experience in Tax or Legal environments
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Clear, client-facing communication and technically accurate writing
• Pro-active, ownership-driven mindset
• Team player with ability to network across local, national and international teams
• Strong commercial awareness in Tax or Legal environments
