Senior Consultant – Manager AI&B Banking- Finance Resource Management

Overview

In this role you will join Deloitte’s AI&B Banking team to help Tier 1 banks optimise profitability, balance sheet and risk management through advanced analytics and transformation programs. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement financial resource strategies and regulatory-compliant solutions. Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing client problems and outlining viable options
• Lead or assist in implementing recommendations into changed methodologies, systems, and operating models
• Leverage prior project/industry experience to deliver solutions across finance, treasury, risk, and product domains
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across Deloitte and client organisations
• Manage or contribute to large-scale transformation programs (regulatory remediation, tech implementation, M&A, etc.)
• Provide clear communication and stakeholder management to clients at all levels
• Contribute to the design and deployment of financial resource management and pricing frameworks
• Support governance and compliance improvements related to pricing and performance measurement

Key requirements

• Core banking industry knowledge in finance, treasury, risk, or product teams
• Proficiency in analytical, modelling, communication, and presentation techniques
• Advanced analytical skills in the Office suite
• Familiarity with financial models and statistical frameworks in financial services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of economic context on banking
• Strong project management and multi-client delivery capability
• Adaptability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and diverse practice areas
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
