Associate Director – Cost Management – Energy & Natural Resources

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end cost management across large, complex commissions for our Energy & Natural Resources clients. You will act as the main day-to-day interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value-driven cost management. You’ll steer project teams and leverage your procurement and commercial expertise to shape outcomes on major programmes. This opportunity lets you apply deep sector knowledge to challenging assignments within a global consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for large/complex commissions
• Serve as primary client interface to ensure objectives are met
• Deliver value-added cost management across projects
• Provide leadership and manage project teams
• Navigate a range of contract and commercial models on major programmes

Key requirements

• Proven procurement or commercial management experience
• MRICS or MCIPS preferred
• Experience with a broad range of contract and commercial models
• Experience on major programmes and projects
• Experience in Energy & Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy)
• Experience in leading and managing teams
