Lead Deputy Manager – Residential Child Care

Durham County Council is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for Park House, supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality residential care for children and young people aged 5–18. You will work directly with young people, families and carers, and other professionals identified in the Care Plan, deputising when required.

You will lead a team, model best practice, drive safeguarding, training and development, and ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
