Regional HR Advisor – Hands-On, UK-Wide Travel

Dalton Recruitment Ltd. is representing a client seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support a busy, multi-site operation across the UK.

Based at the Lutterworth premises with regular travel to sites nationwide, including Scotland, Hampshire and South Wales, you will work directly with managers to tackle day-to-day people challenges and provide hands-on HR advice. You’ll become a trusted HR partner, advising on ER matters, coaching managers, and helping ensure policies are applied consistently.
