Property Paralegal

Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Residential Property Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford.

The Role:

• Handling/supporting residential property transactions
• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and new-build matters
• Client onboarding, ID/AML, searches and Land Registry work
• Supporting matters through to exchange and completion

The Person:

• Residential property experience at fee earner or paralegal level
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
