Delivery Lead

Overview

As a Senior Delivery Lead at Datatonic, you steer strategic, enterprise-scale data and AI transformation programs from design to value realization. You collaborate with account managers and technical leadership to grow strategic accounts and ensure delivery excellence. You manage multi-stream delivery, complex commercial arrangements, and executive relationships to secure customer satisfaction and ROI. You shape operating models, change management, and governance for large clients, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps with client goals to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Lead large transformation programmes across Data Engineering, ML/AI, and Analytics with on-time, on-budget delivery
• Maximize ROI by linking deliverables to business value and tracking value realization post-deployment
• Apply Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies appropriate for large enterprises as a change agent
• Own P&L and manage budget, forecasts, resource burn, and profitability across accounts
• Manage executive and client-side stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and renewals
• Design and implement project governance suitable for large enterprise engagements
• Mentor delivery teams and continuously improve program management processes

Key requirements

• Experience in a consulting firm, Big Four, or technical consultancy focusing on enterprise transformation
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million+ USD scope, multi-year, 10+ team members)
• Strong pre-sales and commercial skills including SOW creation and deal structuring
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and ability to translate technical roadmaps into business language
• Commercial acumen with forecasting and P&L tracking for professional services
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid working in enterprise data programs
• Certified in Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum
• Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bonus: startup/scale-up experience, multi-PM management, cloud certifications, Salesforce or CRM experience
