Lead Electrical Design Engineer

Overview

In this role you lead Electrical/EICA design across high-value projects within a growing global organisation. You will guide a design team from concept through commissioning, shaping technical solutions and ensuring successful project delivery. You’ll work across multiple projects in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, building services or process environments. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of design, installation, and commissioning with a clear impact on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical/EICA design across multiple projects
• Produce and approve SLDs, schematics, calculations and cable schedules
• Provide technical leadership to the design team
• Support projects through installation and commissioning

Key requirements

• Electrical Design Engineer background in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, building services or process sectors
• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Installation/commissioning experience
