In this role you will support a specialist residential conveyancing firm in Bristol, handling a varied caseload as part of a collaborative team. You’ll work on sales, purchases, new build transactions and shared ownership, supporting clients through a range of residential files. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
- Work on new build transactions
- Assist with shared ownership matters
- Provide support within a team-focused environment
- Deliver high-quality client service with attention to detail
Key requirements
- 0-3 years PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Solid experience managing own residential property files
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
