Overview
In this role you will join a leading international banking & finance team in Leeds, handling high-value, complex financing work for top clients. You will draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents, advise on live lending issues, and manage conditions precedent across funding structures. You’ll work with a blue-chip client base and gain early responsibility with clear progression in a prestigious firm. Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documentation
- Manage intercreditor arrangements and conditions precedent processes
- Provide advice on issues arising in live lending transactions
- Support complex funding structures and transactions for financial institutions and funds
- Develop client exposure and build reputation within a leading international law firm
Key requirements
- 2+ PQE in Banking & Finance
- Strong technical ability in complex finance transactions
