Independent Living Support Worker – Flexible Hours

Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with independent living skills and personal care on a 39-hour week basis, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, and relief patterns. The role involves working with Team Leaders to implement person-centred plans and maintain safe environments while complying with all policies and Health & Safety procedures.
