Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking a Cost Engineer to provide financial insight into cost drivers of components and assemblies, contributing to cost reduction initiatives across the lifecycle of a part. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will build detailed cost models and influence design-for-cost decisions.
The role requires proven cost engineering or financial analysis experience within Formula 1 or high-performance manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with ERP
