Assistant Store Manager — Covent Garden Retail Leader

UGG is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in London to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service and brand standards. You will lead a team, model the Deckers values, and ensure the store runs smoothly by managing operations, training, and customer engagement.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining visual merchandising to meet revenue goals while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment for staff and customers alike.
