Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Digital Learning, you will shape and scale learning solutions across client portfolios. You will define a customer‑centred product vision and translate market needs into a practical roadmap. You’ll drive cross‑functional delivery, balancing time, cost and quality while exploring AI, LMS and LXP innovations. This role sits at the intersection of content, technology and client outcomes, contributing to digital transformation at scale. You’ll partner with multiple teams and work across global client engagements to improve learner engagement and learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term vision and strategy for a digital learning proposition across outputs (mobile app, e-learning) and translate into a roadmap
  • Identify market trends and learner needs, incorporating AI, adaptive learning, LMS and LXP innovations
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and go-to-market propositions
  • Translate client challenges into customer-centric solutions
  • Align internal stakeholders and prioritise delivery roadmaps across cross‑functional teams
  • Collaborate with business development, client services, content development and marketing to meet client requirements
  • Work with content development and production teams to speed time to market and optimise processes
  • Manage vendor partnerships and support delivery of the product vision
  • Create and maintain risk logs, governance, and reporting
  • Ensure accessibility, data privacy and educational standards compliance (SCORM, xAPI) and robust QA processes

Key requirements

  • Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning and digital publishing solutions
  • Ability to translate user insights and market opportunities into engaging product features
  • Strong project/program management with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to manage complex interdependencies across multi-disciplinary teams
