Overview
In this role you help clients across diverse industries establish practical regulatory and ethics programs. You will design, implement and mature governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and assess regulatory risk including anti-bribery, data privacy, and digital regulation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver practical improvements that reduce risk and build trust, often engaging senior stakeholders. The role offers exposure to complex regulatory challenges and opportunities to grow into leadership, in a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Review current state of client compliance and recommend enhancements
- Design and implement enterprise-wide governance, risk and compliance frameworks
- Perform regulatory risk assessments (e.g., anti-bribery & corruption, online safety)
- Document regulatory controls and prepare for audits (ISAE3000)
- Establish content compliance and trust & safety processes
- Advise on domains such as anti-bribery & corruption, whistleblowing, fraud and digital regulation
- Engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate across industries to deliver advisory solutions
- Lead small delivery teams and contribute to client solutions across advisory, process, capability and/or technology improvements

- Compliance knowledge of governance, risk and controls in operations

- Excellent communication skills including presentations and proposals
