Senior Cloud Engineer– Quant Trading

Overview

In this role you design and implement the firm’s public cloud infra, focusing on AWS and on-prem integration, while shaping security and automation across a high-scale trading environment. You work with cross-functional teams in a rigorous, tech-driven culture to enable reliable, scalable cloud deployments. You’ll influence security policy enforcement and guide developers toward best practices, contributing to a leading quant trading platform. Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
• Automate management of public cloud resources and deployments
• Advise developers and peer teams on best practices
• Interpret and enforce security policy across systems

Key requirements

• Degree from a top institution
• Extensive knowledge of modern cloud environments (primarily AWS)
• Operating systems, networking, and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Proficiency in Python or Go for infrastructure tooling
• Experience designing and maintaining mid-size cloud deployments (hundreds to thousands of nodes)
• Deep knowledge of cloud storage and networking options
