Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end building surveying projects across Lancashire, delivering surveys, reports and defect analyses while managing client relationships and project contracts. You will balance fieldwork with office planning, contributing to a well-established firm with ongoing opportunities for progression and strong earnings potential. You will shape projects from initial assessment to handover, working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with key clients to confirm project scope
- Conduct building surveys, condition reports and defect analyses
- Perform tendering activities and contract administration
- Carry out inspections and prepare professional reports
- Manage projects from safety assessment through to completion and handover
- Cover Lancashire area with a mix of site visits and office work
Key requirements
- 5 years minimum experience
- MRICS / Chartered
