Wentworth James Group is seeking a skilled Laser Operator in the West Midlands to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating laser cutting machines to cut and shape metal parts according to specifications.

The ideal candidate will be able to read technical drawings, fabricate components, and perform tooling changes while ensuring quality and accuracy. Basic maths skills and proficiency with hand tools are important, with prior laser cutting exposure preferred but not required.
