SEBD Support Specialist — Part-Time Morning Role

Elementa Wales is seeking an experienced SEBD support staff member to join a through school in Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will provide consistent support to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and access to learning.

Working 8am-1pm across four or five days per week, you will support pupils with SEBD needs, using Team Teach approaches and safeguarding principles. The role offers a part-time schedule and opportunities for professional development.
