Overview
In this role you will be a COP finance specialist within a national Court of Protection team, handling dedicated finance caseloads for individuals lacking capacity. You will work closely with families, deputies and professional attorneys to support long-term client relationships and ensure decisions meet duties and best interests. The environment combines strong infrastructure with AI-enabled workflows to let you focus on complex decisions and client care. This is a pure COP finance position within a forward-thinking firm.

Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated COP finance caseload, including finances and property for individuals lacking capacity
- Work with families, deputies and professional attorneys to support decision making
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure financial decisions comply with legal duties and best interests principles
- Operate in a pure COP finance role with minimal mixed caseload
- Support efficient workflows through automation and technology to focus on client relationships and decision making
Key requirements
- Experience in Court of Protection finance work, or strong Private Client experience with clear commitment to COP
- Ability to manage own caseload confidently and independently
- Empathetic, clear and professional communication
