HR Manager – London Law Firm

Are you an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser looking for your next opportunity within the legal or professional-services sector?
n
We are recruiting on behalf of an established London law firm seeking a confident and approachable HR professional to support its people and wider business priorities.
n
Working closely with partners, senior leaders and line managers, you will provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle while helping to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
• Advising managers on employee relations and HR best practice
n
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee retention
n
• Managing performance, absence and wellbeing matters
n
• Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
n
• Supporting learning, development and career progression
n
• Contributing to engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives
n
• Using people data to identify trends and support decision-making
n
• Helping to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
n
We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have:
n
• Generalist HR experience at HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Adviser or a similar level
n
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law
n
• Experience advising managers on employee-relations matters
n
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
n
• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
n
Experience within a law firm or professional-services organisation would be beneficial. However, candidates with relevant transferable experience from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
