COMMERCIAL MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Commercial Fit Out Contractor in Birmingham who is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Birmingham and the wider Midlands.

The Role:

• Commercial management of multiple projects
• Overseeing cost control, valuations and variations
• Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
• Working closely with operational and senior management teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered commercially and contractually
• Supporting and developing the wider commercial team

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong commercial experience within Fit Out / Refurbishment
• Previous experience at Senior QS / Commercial Manager level
• Excellent contractual and commercial awareness
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proven track record working for a main or specialist contractor
