Graduate Tech Recruitment Consultant – 360, Uncapped

VirtoTech, a London-based contract recruitment agency, is looking for ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. You will own the full 360 recruitment cycle, sourcing clients and candidates and building relationships across Germany and Europe.

The role offers £50k OTE with uncapped commission, growth opportunities, and international travel incentives; German or other European languages are a bonus but not required.
