The Role

You will be responsible for leading multiple projects through the full lifecycle, from business case development and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. Working with a range of stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
n
✔ Deliver complex capital projects and programmes.
n
✔ Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
n
✔ Lead multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
n
✔ Oversee NEC contract administration and commercial performance.
n
✔ Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and assurance activities.
n
✔ Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety requirements.
n
✔ Mentor and support junior project management professionals.
n
n
About You
n
✅ Demonstrable experience delivering major capital investment projects.
n
✅ Strong understanding of NEC contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
n
✅ Experience managing external suppliers and contractors in construction or infrastructure environments.
n
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
