Digital-First Banking Customer Experience Consultant

Santander seeks a Customer Experience Consultant to join the Galashiels branch. This 28-hour-per-week role operates on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, providing a welcoming face and voice, listening and solving problems, and assisting customers with digital banking and calls in the contact centre.
